*Although empty capsules are adaptable to storage conditions, the stable conditions are more conducive to their stability in filling machines.
**Due to the weaker stability of natural pigments compared to synthetic pigments, caution should be exercised when dealing with strong oxidizing and reducing components. Also, because of the structural characteristics of the pigment components, discoloration may occur, such as indigo blue being reduced to indigo white, and carmine turning brown when encountering alkali.
